Return and Exchange Policy

At ealiving, we take pride in offering exquisite ready-made furniture pieces, including both standard and bespoke designs. We carefully inspect every piece and we recommend you to do the same upon receipt of your furniture. If you have ordered a non-bespoke item, you are entitled to return your purchase as long as it is unused and undamaged. We ask you to return the product in its original packaging. A usage, transport or restocking fee will apply. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we have tailored our return policy to accommodate the unique nature of our products. Return Guidelines

Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Inspection and Refund

  • Once the returned furniture piece is collected, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • If the item passes the inspection, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Please note that the refund amount will exclude any original shipping charges incurred, as the product was delivered to your address individually by our business delivery driver.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team either by phone or email. They will assist you in scheduling a pickup with our business delivery driver for a convenient time to collect the item directly from your address.
  • Please ensure that the furniture piece is readily accessible for pickup on the agreed-upon date.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalised furniture pieces are not eligible for return, as they are specially crafted to your specifications.
  • Clearance or discounted items are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective furniture piece, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Restocking Fee

  • Please note that a restocking fee may apply for certain returns. This fee will be communicated to you during the return process and will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item.
